Categories report shows you have spent your time among the different activity categories.
Productivity report shows you your Productivity score for specific time frame and gives you a breakdown of time spent in the different productivity categories. The score from 0 – 100 and indicates the level of productive activity within the recorded time. It is calculated as the average, weighted by time, of the different productivity rankings of the activities.
Let’s do the initial setup in 3 easy steps
1. Define categories
Create new or modify existing categories by opening Configure page. Change the name, color and productivity values based on your needs.
2. Assign categories to activities
Navigate to Overview page and at the bottom use the Applications grid. Select a category for each application or sub-group.
